Mindfulness, as it is expertly called mindfulness training, is an exercise of the mind. They are designed primarily for those who have difficulty coping with negative emotions and stress. This technique is also effective when dealing with depression, eating disorders, or addictions.

Consciously directing your attention

Mindfulness is primarily about focusing on what is here and now, and also about getting rid of going back to the past, reflecting on past events and looking ahead to the future and worrying about what might happen.

  • get rid of the habit of worrying;
  • regain and maintain inner peace;
  • discover and use your senses;
  • nurture relationships with loved ones.

Wojciech Eichelberger is the author and co-author of many bestsellers, including: “Help Yourself, Let the World Breathe”, “A Woman Without Guilt or Shame”. He is a trainer, psychotherapist and coach with many years of experience. In her trainings she refers to the concept of integral therapy. In addition to the psyche, it also takes into account the energy, body and spirituality of a person.

  • Sensory Presence;
  • Presence in the body;
  • Presence in the breath;
  • Presence in movement, gravity and space;
  • Presence in connection with nature;
  • Presence in food;
  • Presence in contact with another person;
  • Presence in emotion.
