On Wednesday, January 6, at 12:00 pm ayurvedic online workshops will begin, which will help you review your current habits and introduce their new, healthier counterparts.

The workshop will be led by Maria Nowak-Szabat, a therapist and psychologist who for years has been dealing with issues of ayurveda, the ancient Indian art of healing and balance. While working with her clients – on the basis of conversations and questionnaires filled out by them – she noticed that each of them has recurring habits from 12 areas. Depending on their level of implementation, these habits helped or, on the contrary, worsened their health.

Into the new year with ayurveda

During the webinar, participants will learn what to focus on in 2021 and how to start their own adventure with Ayurvedic methods. The habits, which will be discussed by the author of the course, include the habit of drinking water, regular sleep, adapted to the seasons of the year, or appropriate consumption of meals. The workshop will take a closer look at each of these areas. There will also be a segment on spirituality and relationships.

Be measured by what you can

The author of the course emphasizes that none of us lives in a perfect world, and therefore we are not always able to implement 100% healthy habits. This is because on a daily basis we often encounter various obstacles or unexpected events over which we do not have much influence. So the main message is Do what you can with what you have.
